We are seeking a new retail vape shop Retail Store Manager to become an integral part of our team You will have the opportunity to thrive in a team environment and develop additional skillsets. We promote a fun, friendly, and professional work environment. Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.

As a general manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the business.
  • Developing and implementing strategies that maximize profits and productivity.
  • Maintaining relationships with guests
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensuring that company policies are followed by all employees.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proven experience working as a general manager or in a similar senior management role
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.
  • Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
