Seasonal Busser

The Busser ensures tables are clean and properly set within the shortest amount of time possible while providing water to guests within one to three minutes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restroom and the perimeter of the building while working with servers and Host/Hostess to ensure guests receive excellent service. This position also includes working private dining functions, as assigned by Management.

Essential Functions

• Ensures tables are clean and properly set within the shortest amount of time possible.
• Maintain cleanliness of restroom and perimeter of building.
• Check cleanliness of the bus stand from previous shift and notify manager of any problems.
• Sets up the bus stand, restock and prepare bus station for shift change and/or close.
• Check high chairs and booster seats for cleanliness.
• Empty trash and spot sweep the restaurant and bar floor.
• Assist guests by clearing away dishes and glassware and refill beverages.
• Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action when necessary.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established Company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
