What You'll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Administer medications safely and accurately under physician or RN guidance
  • Monitor and record vital signs, keeping a close eye on patient health
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families about care plans
  • Document treatments and assessments in electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
  • Recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly
  • Uphold infection control, safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times

What We're Looking For with our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • Strong nursing knowledge and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with EMRs is a plus but not required
