Join our team at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls and play a key role in ensuring precision and quality for our customers' products. As part of our team, you'll work hands-on with cylindrical OD grinding machines, performing essential operations that bring our customers' designs to life.

Overview

When You'll Work:Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:20am 

What You'll Make:$23.00 / hour to $25.75 / hour*Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.

What You'll Do:- Safely load work pieces into grinding machines using a hoist- Set up and operate OD cylindrical grinders for precision work- Inspect, measure, and finish parts using specialized equipment, tools, and grinding wheels- Select, mount, and adjust grinding wheels and work pieces- Read and interpret blueprints to meet exact part specifications- Perform frequent equipment adjustments- Ensure consistent quality in every piece you produce
