What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will support project teams through:

  • Structural analysis and design of building and/or bridge systems
  • Preparation of calculation packages and design documentation
  • Development of construction documents and drawings
  • Coordination with project managers and engineers
  • Applying applicable building codes and standards
  • Participating in internal reviews, mentoring, and training programs

What We're Looking For

  • Expected Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (graduating within the next 6–12 months)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Interest in pursuing Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification and Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
