The Crisis Float is responsible for the day-to-day care and supervision of students at the West Campus and identified CADI homes. The Crisis Float assume a leadership role for the team in which they are assigned. The responsibilities also include assisting the supervisor in the administration of agency programming and empowerment of other team members, providing a constructive model for students to emulate, teach various coping and communication skills, physical and social skills, and helping students develop cultural awareness and spiritual opportunities.

The Crisis Float works to ensure safety and quality treatment of the students. In crisis situations they would assist in making sure things are taken care in a timely and professional manner. They may be expected to work shifts on wings when needed and would be responsible for dealing with crisis situations, working closing with the nursing and wing staff to ensure a positive culture.

Wednesday 7AM-5PM

Thursday 12 PM - 10 PM

Friday 12 PM - 10 PM

Sat 7AM - 5PM
