What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team in Ontario to deliver innovative and cost-effective RF and microwave product solutions on tight schedules.
  • Oversee both sustaining engineering and new development projects for metrology, interconnect, and tuner product lines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with electronics, microwave, and software teams to drive multidisciplinary product design and development.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Support business development efforts by evaluating new product concepts, preparing technical proposals, and providing pre-sales technical expertise.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Master's or PhD in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with a specialized focus in RF and microwave engineering.
  • Over 10 years of hands-on engineering design experience in microwave/RF test and measurement environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success managing cross-disciplinary teams in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering.
  • Expertise in amplifier design, load-pull techniques, and calibration methodologies, coupled with solid project management and cost control experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a metrics-driven, solution-oriented approach to team development and performance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170, $200,000.00 per year
