**Job Title: Restaurant Manager**

As a family-owned business, we are dedicated to bringing high-quality seafood to the region, transitioning from a fresh fish market to a premier restaurant, sushi, and oyster bar. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Restaurant Managers to help us maintain our reputation as the Midwest's leading seafood establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service

  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews, including hiring and disciplinary actions

  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to foster a positive dining experience

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Toast POS system preferred

  • Knowledge of seafood and culinary practices is a plus

  • ServSafe certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, with full-time and part-time opportunities available
