What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Lead a high-performing team responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reports for submission to our parent company, Nestlé SA.
  • Drive Excellence: Oversee the preparation of externally published financial statements (IFRS) for Nestlé Health Science, Nestlé Professional, and other operating companies, partnering with external auditors to ensure first-time quality.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Advise on complex accounting transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, supporting business teams across tax, legal, treasury, and supply chain functions.
  • Champion Digital Transformation: Spearhead initiatives to automate and streamline reporting processes, leveraging advanced tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and RPA.
  • Deliver Results: Manage derivative and hedge accounting for the US market, lead legal entity rationalization, and support financial design changes across all reporting units.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
  • 5 years in Corporate Reporting or FP&A, and a strong background in GAAP or IFRS. Public Accounting and CPG experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Adept at navigating complex projects, cross-functional teams, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled in analytical tools (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI), with a deep understanding of corporate finance, internal controls, and global tax environments.
  • A results-driven, innovative self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make a lasting impact.
