Compensation & Incentives

• • Competitive Salary: Earn between $88,000 - $98,500, reflecting your skills and experience.
• Clinical Excellence Pays Off: Earn monthly bonuses; paid quaterly
• Sign On Bonus:Up to $10,000 bonus if you meet eligibility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
• Required: Must be a licensed BCBA for at least one and a half years.
• Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
