Job Description:

We are seeking sales representatives specializing in the entertainment and the film industry, however it is not required for the position. The ideal candidate should be a creative and an out-of-the-box thinker who will aid Soundsight in building the film infrastructure in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New York, eapecially. Soundsight is a leader in the new digital film age, the ideal candidate should be innovative in their sales techniques. Employees can create their own schedule, whatever they feel maximizes their earnings potential, while coordinating the schedule with the ownership team. This position provides many sales opportunities for our representatives and can generate UNCAPPED commission as sales goals are reached in the following service categories:

Job Duties:

  • Identifies and solicits new business; builds and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects.
  • Delivers as many deals as possible in conjunction with Soundsight's revenue agenda.
  • Coordinates and communicates with Soundsight's CEO/Administrative Office to properly structure and to get approval on every deal.
  • Coordinates with Soundsight's marketing team for any sales needs.
  • Delivers effective sales presentations.
  • Steers clients based on market, platform and company information.
  • Monitors competition to continually find new account leads.
  • Works collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue.
  • Creates effective marketing campaigns in cooperation with Soundsight resources.
  • Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms
  • Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills
  • Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiation and closing proficiency
  • Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

  • 2+ years in media/advertising sales is preferred, but not required
