Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wireless Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our wireless retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to train and develop staff effectively. As a Wireless Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the wireless retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Train and develop staff through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including purchasing decisions and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to store operations, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Skills

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within retail or wireless industries is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in math for pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Strong interviewing skills to identify top talent for the team.
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and other documentation related to store operations.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated on industry trends.
