OHSU Casey Eye Institute's Outreach Program is recruiting for a 1.0 FTE Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is a highly organized and motivated professional with strong administrative, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. This position will coordinate operational support to the Oregon Elks Vision Health Network, which provides community-based pediatric vision health services and education in both school-based health clinic and mobile health delivery models. Under the direction of Medical Director of the CEI Outreach Program, this position will support Vision 2020 administrative activities and support a pilot vision health program for underserved children in Oregon, expanding existing preschool and community outreach programs to school-aged children, addressing a significant gap in follow-up care for vision issues identified during screenings. The coordinator analyze budgetary data, verifies figures, and develops budget proposals; recommends allocation of budgetary funds. The Program Coordinator will work with the Program Director for CEI Outreach to ensure timely execution and management of workflow and deliverables.
