Position
:Bilingual Debt Collector

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
Bilingual Debt Collector
 to join their team

You will be responsible for past due collections from customers and homeowners. You will be on the phone talking calls with customers to help resolve any past due or unpaid payments. In addition, you will be working and navigating multiple systems to collect customer information.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating via inbound/outbound collection phone calls with customers
  • Updating accounts and database regularly
  • Reviewing documents such as terms of sales and agreement documents and explain to customers
  • Communicating with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 + years of debt collection experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
