  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • (Closed Sundays and Thursdays)

We're looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both the Administrative and Traction Therapy departments. This is a hands-on, full-time position with variety, purpose, and room for growth.

About the Role

This role combines administrative responsibilities with patient care support. You'll help with daily billing and insurance processing while also assisting patients on and off traction and therapy equipment. You'll stay busy, move between departments, and play a key role in keeping patient care flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily patient billing and processing insurance claims
  • Learning and performing traction and therapy procedures
  • Assisting patients on and off therapy equipment safely and precisely
  • Prioritizing tasks and maintaining organization during busy times
  • Supporting both the admin and traction departments as needed
  • Following direction closely and staying proactive
