Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
  • Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software is an advantage.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests.
