  • Manned Guarding: On-site security officer services for enterprise clients.
  • Low Voltage Systems: End-to-end camera, access control, and system integration.
  • Remote Guarding (GuardLink360): AI enabled live monitoring with voice-down intervention.

As we enter our next phase of accelerated growth, we are seeking a Head of Marketing & Sales (Revenue Growth Leader) to unify our go-to-market strategy, build scalable revenue systems, and position Triton as a national leader in technology enabled security solutions.

Role Overview

This role is designed for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can own both marketing and sales during Triton's current phase of expansion. You'll build scalable systems, drive pipeline, build GTM strategies, optimize CAC/LTV, and position Triton as the category leader in hybrid security solutions with a clear path to VP and then to CRO.

The successful candidate will:

  • Direct and execute marketing initiatives across website, digital platforms, social media, content, and brand positioning and is comfortable using outsourcing and agency partners where appropriate.
  • Oversee the sales team (including account executives and reps), ensuring effective execution of Triton's sales strategies.
  • Align both functions under one growth strategy, preparing for an eventual separation into standalone Marketing and Sales divisions as Triton scales.

Core Objectives (First 12–24 Months)

  • Architect and operationalize a unified sales and marketing growth engine that consistently delivers pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Build scalable GTM infrastructure — including ICPs, segmentation, campaigns, and pipeline forecasting — to support expansion into 3+ new states.
  • Reduce CAC and increase LTV through better sales-marketing alignment and data-driven decision making.
  • Position Triton as a category leader in hybrid security solutions across retail, logistics, multi-family, and enterprise verticals.

What You'll Do

Marketing Leadership

  • Own and develop GTM strategy including ICP definition, segmentation, messaging, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Drive brand strategy, digital presence, content, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Oversee agency and freelancer partnerships to scale creative capabilities.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and grow a high performing team to hit revenue targets across divisions.
  • Build and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, territories, and KPIs to scale into new states.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, revenue models, and market expansion.

Strategic Growth

  • Align sales & marketing KPIs with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO on multi-year expansion plans through creation of go-to-market roadmaps, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Contribute to pricing, customer experience, and category positioning.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of combined sales & marketing leadership, ideally in security, B2B services, or tech-enabled industries (Plus a Bachelor's Degree in Related Field – MBA Preferred).
  • Proven success scaling revenue operations and GTM strategy.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analytics, and HubSpot (or similar).
  • Strong digital marketing skills and player-coach leadership experience.
