We're seeking to add an experienced, enthusiastic, growth-oriented personal trainer to our team full-time for salaried employment and unmatched benefits.

Welcome to Always In Motion We are a well-established and rapidly growing team of physical therapists and other movement experts that specialize in active aging. We provide proactive physical therapy, personal training, and group fitness services for people ages 50+, and our new 9,000 square-foot fitness and wellness center serves as an innovative, integrated, and centralized hub where people can improve their health and age well together.

At Always In Motion, you will work in a clean and beautiful space, have access to state-of-the-art equipment, have on-site interdisciplinary health professionals to refer clients to and collaborate with as needed, and you will NOT have to walk the floor and find your own clients. We are not looking for an entry-level personal trainer: We regularly work with individuals who have orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and cognitive considerations. We understand that many trainers do not have experience with these limitations, and our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy are here to offer support, resources, and guidance to help you grow.

Competitive candidates should have:

  • A nationally-accredited certification (preferably ACSM, NASM, ACE, or NSCA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal trainer
  • A passion for working with aging adults with varied health and mobility challenges
  • Strong skills in exercise programming and customization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

If you join us full-time, your compensation package includes:

  • Base salary ($58,000-70,000 per year)
  • Paid holidays and PTO (equivalent to 3-4 weeks per year)
