Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for a Part-time Leadership Position at Fabletics at our location in the Classen Curve shopping center. This role is designed for those who are passionate about guiding teams and driving results in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to effectively market products while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations within the store to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to promote products and drive sales.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and motivation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong selling skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent management capabilities, with experience in training development being a plus.
  • Proficiency in retail math for effective decision-making.
  • Familiarity with cash register operations is essential.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
