Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and food quality.
  • Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance.
  • Control inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability.
  • Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in quick-service or casual dining required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service–focused with a drive for results.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in brands such as Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.

Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.

Communicate regularly with franchise ownership and upper management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in quick-service or fast-casual dining.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and food safety standards.

Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.

Must pass a federal background check.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:
