Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and review project documentation including bids, contracts, and permit applications.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of steady experience leading commercial construction projects: Office, Education, Healthcare, Industrial
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field - ideal
  • Strong skills in project scheduling, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
