WaveMAX Laundry-Kent is seeking an energetic and reliable Store Manager to lead store operations and a small team to sucess. The Manager is responsible for full store operations, staff management, financial reporting, and performance against key metrics. This is a leadership role requiring hands on work to deliver an excellent store experience, operational oversight, customer service excellence, and daily problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with ownership on store operations and employee engagement
  • Hire, onboard, and train attendants
  • Schedule and manage staff to ensure full shift coverage
  • Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with WaveMAX operating procedures, including POS use, shift handoffs, WDF processes, and cash handling
  • Manage inventory of soap, supplies, and cleaning products
  • Track KPIs: sales by category, machine uptime, Google ratings, customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with ownership regarding equipment issues, store performance, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience managing staff in retail, housekeeping, and/or laundry services business.
  • Ability to create a positive in-store and team culture
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Experience delivering Customer Service excellence
  • Point of Sell system experience preferred.
  • Spanish a plus

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing staff in retail, housekeeping, and/or laundry services business.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to enforce policies and lead by example
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
