We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

(Part-Time 15-20 hours/week)

Our fast-growing boutique marketing agency is looking for a design-forward creative to jump in with both feet.

This role is for someone excited about creating a
lot
of content for strong, values-driven brands. You'll touch a little of everything—flexing your creativity, growing as a designer, and helping businesses truly show up.

What you'll work on:


• Social media content (static, carousel, reels)


• Print + marketing materials


• Brand assets across digital + physical touchpoints

Tools we use:

Adobe Suite, Canva, AI tools (we're exploring, not replacing), Notion

Role Description

This is a freelance role for a Graphic Designer based on-site at our Minneapolis, MN location. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs and branding materials, including logos, typography, and other graphic content. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing brand elements, and producing innovative and cohesive visual outputs that align with client goals and Perry Studio's values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and creating effective visual solutions
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive and impactful brand identities
  • Strong skills in Typography to enhance the visual design and usability of materials
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work while adhering to project timelines and balancing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
