Realization Architects is seeking a Level 2 Architectural Designer to join its innovative team. Qualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and representative samples of their work.

As a Level 2 Architectural Designer at Realization Architects, you will be involved in the design and coordination of a variety of projects. Qualifications

· Master's degree in architecture (preferred)

· 2+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred)

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Detail oriented and highly organized

· Knowledge and understanding of building codes

· Ability to work independently on multiple projects diligently and efficiently

Roles and Responsibilities

· Draft projects using 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD & Revit).

· Work collaboratively with office personnel to coordinate project details and ensure completeness of project designs.

· Coordinate and maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and other materials associated with projects.

· Coordinate, prepare and respond to municipal comments on review cycles.

· Review engineering drawings and coordinate construction document set with architectural drawings.

· Implement office standards onto technical drawings.

· Evaluate the completeness of plans, provide markups to team and review submittals.

· Ability to effectively work on multiple projects to ensure compliance with project schedules.

· Ability to research and interpret local codes to provide design solutions.

· Efficiently document and log submittals, RFI's observation reports, etc… for construction administration services.
