PAM is now seeking to hire a Activity director to add to our amazing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

You will plan and organize resident events that create a warm, welcoming community. This role focuses on resident retention, ongoing resident programs, and building positive relationships with residents and local community partners. The Activity Director also connects residents with supportive or medical services and may help assess needs and eligibility for public programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Creativity and strong event-planning skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Resourceful and able to handle changing priorities.
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage difficult situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or Counseling preferred.
  • Knowledge of supportive services and resources for seniors residents preferred .
  • Ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and support residents effectively.
  • Spanish speaking required.
