Locke Supply Company of Denton, TX is seeking an outgoing and energetic Branch Associate to provide excellent customer service at our branch locations, offer advice and recommendations based on customer's needs, and deliver products from our branches to the customer. ABOUT LOCKE SUPPLY COMPANY
Locke Supply Co. is a growing, employee-owned distributor for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment based in Oklahoma City. The history of the company dates to 1955, when Don and Wanda Locke opened a wholesale plumbing supply outlet in Bartlesville, OK. Locke Supply had a marketing vision of taking the merchandise to the customers' territory with exceptional customer service. It didn't take long for customers to develop a strong liking for the way Locke Supply did business, which led to the opening of a second branch in 1958. This concept has allowed Locke Supply to grow in areas never considered. Today, there are over 190 store locations in a 6-state area and a 100-acre distribution center to supply them all.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH ASSOCIATE
As a Branch Associate, you love to learn and look forward to a new challenge as you develop hands-on-training and skills in multiple trades. Customers find you knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as you offer product recommendations and find cost-effective solutions for their needs.
You take pride in keeping our retail store clean and organized. You are meticulous about tracking inventory. In addition to filling orders and ensuring that stock is ready for reorders, you assist with shipping and receiving. Whether it be equipment, parts, or supplies, you know what, where, when, and how You prepare and oversee jobs for the next day, ensuring that equipment and supplies are ready to be loaded into the appropriate trucks.
Our customers appreciate that they can depend on you to ensure that they have what they need when they need it. You play an important part in helping us complete jobs properly and efficiently. You love the satisfaction that you get out of keeping everything in order and enjoy learning about the various trades
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to pass a pre-employment physical examination
Must pass a D.O.T physical and drug test

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday schedules can be adjusted as the Branch Managers discretion.
