You review the job details, anticipating challenges and adapting quickly as needed. Engaging with the homeowner, you maintain a professional demeanor, explaining the installation process and ensuring their property remains spotless. After performing final system checks and confirming everything operates flawlessly, you complete all necessary documentation and capture photos, walking away knowing you've not just met expectations but truly enhanced their comfort.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems
  • Experience leading and working independently on full system replacements and ductwork
  • Prior experience managing a crew as a lead installer is a plus
  • Possessing an EPA Certification is a plus
