About the Role Bohler's Philadelphia, PA office is seeking a Design Engineer who's ready to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of land development projects across Coastal Delaware. In this role, you'll support site design projects from concept to completion, working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to create practical, buildable, and creative solutions.

Centrally located to serve clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, our team supports urban redevelopment, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects that shape the region's future. 
What You'll DoAssist in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plansConduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigationsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages.Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3DSupport permitting efforts with local and state agenciesContribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges

What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline0–3 years of experience in land development design (internship or full-time)Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principlesAttention to detail and curiosity to learn new tools and methodsEffective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
