Our goal is to create a clean, welcoming environment where customers feel taken care of, whether they're dropping off laundry or using our facilities. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual that values customer experience.

Position Overview:

As the Laundromat Attendant, you will be the face of our business. You'll ensure the store is presented well, provide outstanding customer service, handle phone calls and messages, and process drop-off laundry orders. You'll also support with cleaning tasks at our sister company as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the laundromat and maintain a clean, organized environment
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally
  • Manage drop-off laundry orders: washing, drying, folding, and packaging
  • Ensure all customer items are handled with care and accuracy
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and supply organization
  • Assist with light cleaning duties at our sister company when required

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Must be able to lift laundry bags and stand for extended periods
