As our Production Scheduler, you'll be at the center of our manufacturing operations—making sure schedules stay on track, customer needs are met, and the production floor runs smoothly. This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will make a real impact every single day.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate shop routings for manufacturing parts and orders
  • Creating material cut transfers and updating production schedules
  • Coordinating with estimating and customer service for pricing and lead times
  • Adjusting routings to meet production demands, raw material delays, or customer changes
  • Reviewing drawings and revision levels to ensure order accuracy
  • Running reports and providing support on production priorities
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
  • Data entry experience with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail

Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
