Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel industry and a passion for providing exceptional guest services.

Duties

  • Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle the phone system efficiently, ensuring effective communication with guests and staff.
  • Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel during night shifts.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes and front desk operations is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with guests & colleagues
