We are now expanding our HVAC division and seeking an experienced professional to join our growing team in Colorado.

Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Foreman/Technician to lead new construction projects throughout the Colorado region. This role combines hands-on HVAC expertise with leadership and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation crews on new construction projects

Perform hands-on installation and service work as needed

Ensure all work meets company standards, local building codes, and safety requirements

Communicate effectively with project managers, builders, and crew members

Manage project timelines, identify potential issues, and assist in problem-solving to maintain schedules

Conduct quality checks and verify proper system installation

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service

Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication and organizational skills
