Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst / Visualization Specialist Experience Level: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Business Intelligence Analyst with hands-on experience in Tableau, Appian, and Clarity PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tools
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining executive-level dashboards and scenario-based visualizations that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive, dynamic dashboards and reports in Tableau to present complex data in an intuitive and visually appealing way.
  • Create scenario-based visualizations to support executive-level decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Integrate data across Appian workflows and Clarity PPM to create consolidated views of project, portfolio, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and executives to gather requirements and define KPIs and success metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement analytical solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Automate and optimize data flows and reporting processes across systems.
  • Provide documentation and training to users on developed tools and dashboards. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Tableau (Desktop and Server).
  • Strong experience with scenario modeling and visual storytelling for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in Appian (including development, process modeling, and data integration).
  • Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM including project, resource, and portfolio modules.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UX principles.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, project management tools, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services, consulting, or technology industries. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data architecture principles. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Tableau certification(s) or Appian developer certifications are a plus.
