Financial Applications Processor & Account Manager

Senior Tax Advisory Group is a family-owned financial services firm with over 20 years of experience helping individuals plan tax-smart retirements. Our Client Services team plays a vital role in supporting operations and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Financial Applications Processor & Account Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team while making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and process financial applications, insurance paperwork, and account forms.
  • Track and follow up on applications to ensure each account is properly executed from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and teammates to provide accurate, timely support.
  • Assist with answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support client reviews and prepare account-related reports.
  • Proactively follow department policies to reduce risk for both the firm and our clients.

Qualifications

  • Financial industry experience completing and processing applications is a plus (ie: advisor, bank/credit union, tax firm, insurance, or mortgage processing).
  • Administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based programs (dual screen experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Customer-service mindset with professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while staying organized.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
  • Life/Health license is a plus

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Occasional overtime based on workload
