JOB DESCRIPTION:

OVERVIEW:

  • Responsible for generating revenue by developing hunting accounts and creating professional association with existing clients in the automotive
    rebuilders market (chargers, alternators, and allied products
    ).
  • The position requires an energetic, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Success will be measured by the ability to drive national sales growth, deliver solutions, and consistently meet customer needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven success in
    B2B
    technical/automotive/
    industrial inside sales
    .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong sales, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and develop new customer accounts within the rebuilders market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts nationwide.
  • Prepare accurate bids, quotes, and proposals.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide timely, solutions-focused responses.
  • Negotiate pricing and product availability with customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Research and assess new product requests from customers.

SKILLS:

  • Industrial/technical sales experience for
    rebuilders
    , automotive, aftermarket, or similar.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Highly energetic with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service mindset with strong presentation abilities.

COMPENSATIONS & RELOCATIONS:

  • Base Salary + commission & bonus.
