We are seeking a
Junior Superintendent
to join our growing construction team in Houston. This role is ideal for someone with field experience who is ready to step into a leadership track. You'll work alongside senior site leadership, project managers, and trade partners to help drive safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role with strong mentorship and clear growth path toward Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily on-site supervision of subcontractors, field crews, and construction activities
  • Assist in enforcing project safety plans and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Help maintain daily field reports, logs, RFI documentation, and progress tracking
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to monitor quality control and workmanship expectations
  • Coordinate workflow sequencing, material deliveries, and jobsite logistics
  • Participate in project meetings with internal teams, clients, and trade partners
  • Learn project scheduling, job cost awareness, and superintendent best practices

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of field construction experience (commercial, industrial, or ground-up preferred)
  • Understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and plans/specs
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on job sites across Greater Houston
