Job Overview

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in outside sales, business development, and account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic territory management, lead generation, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging advanced CRM software and sales techniques to expand our market presence across various industries including B2B, technology, and retail sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead qualification.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide detailed analysis of sales data to inform territory management strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Support management in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in territory management, lead generation, direct sales, and account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; strong analysis skills are essential.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting product demos and engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to product promotion and brand positioning is preferred.
