Are you passionate about synchronized swimming, leadership, and mentoring high school students? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach/Advisor to inspire our athletes for the upcoming season.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement practice schedules and routines.
Teach fundamental and advanced synchronized swimming skills.
Choreograph routines for performances, shows, and possible competitions.
Manage team logistics, including uniform distribution and event coordination.
Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined team environment.
