Insurance Business Manager Trainee

AAA Texas is seeking a career-minded individual for our Insurance Business Manager Trainee opportunity in Coppell, TX.  Performance objectives include, but not limited to, meeting sales and member service objectives and maintaining efficiency and compliance with Club standards through the development of an effective, high performing team.  This position ensures understanding and compliance with standardized sales techniques and conducts associate training.  Individual must be an exceptional leader who can motivate and develop sales and insurance service personnel.

Insurance Business Manager Trainee reports to Senior Management and is accountable for achieving both quantitative and qualitative requirements by managing sales and service activities of assigned team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • 5 - 7 years of successful P&C sales experience

  • Prior supervisory/managerial experience preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of the SSC selling approach

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint required

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and assignments as well as problem solve and make decisions
