What you'll do
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload items from the truck, ensuring safe handling of all belongings.
- Operate box trucks and other vehicles for transportation of goods, adhering to all driving regulations.
- Navigate routes efficiently while delivering items on time to various locations.
- Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for heavy lifting tasks as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and moving equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless moving experience for our clients.
Basic qualifications
- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks consistently.
- Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving, including manual transmission vehicles.
- Previous warehouse or delivery driver experience preferred.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with route driving and courier services.
- Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
