Overview
:

iN Style Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned design/build firm based in Columbus, Indiana. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced 
Kitchen and Bath Designer
 to join our growing team. In this role, you will create functional, visually compelling designs while working closely with clients to turn their vision into reality. If you're passionate about design and enjoy working in a client-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs
  • Create detailed layouts and 3D renderings using 
    2020 Design
     software
  • Provide product recommendations and design consultations
  • Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures
  • Prepare the design portion of project quotes using Excel
  • Maintain accurate records of design projects and client communications

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience in kitchen and bath design or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as 2020 Design, CAD, or similar software
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath materials, products, and current design trends
  • Inside sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with renovation or remodeling processes is a plus
