On offer is a day-shift position providing extensive training on specialized machinery, with a clear progression path to management. In this role, you will lead key projects within the plant, receive specialist training in plant maintenance, assist with the installation of new machinery, and ensure smooth production operations. Each week brings new customer projects, offering fresh challenges and opportunities to develop your skills.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with a manufacturing background, looking to receive specialist training with a clear progression route to manager.

The Role:

  • Manage key engineering projects in collaboration with the Plant Manager
  • Receive specialist training on high-value, state-of-the-art machinery
  • Benefit from a clear progression route to management
  • Monday–Friday, first-shift position

The Person:

  • Hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ambitious to gain specialist training at a stable company with a clear path into management
