We're looking for Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with amazing kids on the autism spectrum—and trust us, no two days are ever the same

Behavior Technician
$19 to $27.99/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don't worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their BCBA certification. Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment).

Expectations:

Turn goals into games and skills into superpowers Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children thrive Cheer on progress, comfort through challenges, and high-five every winLearn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a Case SupervisorHelp to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skillsMaintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior planWork collaboratively with the client's parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GEDWillingness to take the RBT course and examAccess to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)and have the ability to travel to multiple locationsmust clear IChat
