Job Description:
Join Crowe LLP as a Shared Services Facilities Senior Associate, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our office experience through comprehensive administrative support, meeting coordination, and project management. This dynamic position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administrative support for daily office operations, including mail management, office supply maintenance, local office communication and vendor coordination.
- Organize and manage meeting logistics, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
- Execute events at or near our offices.
- Review and supervise the work of Associates working within the same office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility access and customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain office technology and furnishings.
- Act as a local safety coordinator and first responder, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in budget management and strategic office initiatives alongside the Office Managing Partner and Office Management Leader.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software for document creation, formatting, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in professional services operations.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to build professional relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the professional services industry and with work request applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- This position requires onsite work at your assigned location.
- Flexibility in schedule and potential travel to the Livingston, NJ office may be necessary.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
