Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing commission based payroll.
  • Enter and verify data related to employee hours, benefits, deductions, and tax information with precision
  • Support benefits administration tasks including enrollments and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of employee timekeeping data and ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes related to payroll expenses
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and assist with tax filings related to payroll taxes
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
  • Experience with commission based payroll processing is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations related to payroll processing
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing proficiency)
  • Strong analysis skills for account reconciliation and financial review tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • Effective organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position is integral to maintaining the integrity of our payroll operations while supporting broader financial functions within the organization. We seek a dedicated professional eager to contribute their expertise in payroll management and accounting practices.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
