Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs. This role requires a blend of expertise in exercise execution and effective communication skills to motivate and inspire clients in the gym. You will be spending the first 3 months with our owner and Head Coach Nick, going over how to deliver a best-in-class Personal Training session, along with how to properly execute every exercise. You will be expertly coached and prepped to get every client the results they want.

Duties

  • Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during exercises.
  • Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to support overall health and wellness.
  • Lead group fitness classes when needed, fostering a supportive and energetic environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to provide the best service possible.

Experience

  • Previous experience in personal training or sports coaching is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise.
  • Experience in group fitness instruction is a plus.
  • Background in physical education or related fields is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively.
  • A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required. We will be doing the sales for you and help you get clients.
