We are a rapidly expanding multi-specialty medical group focused on workers' compensation and personal injury cases, and we're looking for a General Practitioner (GP) to join our team as a Primary Treating Physician (PTP). The Ideal Candidate:

You are a licensed physician with strong communication skills, clinical confidence, and a desire to manage a high volume of patients effectively. You're organized, reliable, and looking to grow with a medical office that values patient care, efficiency, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for patients with workers' compensation and personal injury claims
  • Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, follow-ups, and re-evaluations
  • Coordinate care with chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management, and specialists
  • Build positive rapport with patients while maintaining professionalism and productivity
  • Handle a high daily patient volume with efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Current and valid California Medical License (MD or DO)
  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, internal medicine, or related fields
  • Familiarity with the California workers' compensation system is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ambitious and dependable, with a long-term mindset
