POSITION SUMMARY

Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking a SIGINT / Electronic Warfare (EW) Analyst Instructor to train and mentor Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel in advanced SIGINT and EW operations. Instruction includes both classroom and field-based applications using current and emerging SIGINT/EW technologies. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with instructional excellence, developing and delivering scenario-driven training that mirrors real-world mission demands. Instructors will shape operator proficiency across multiple platforms, ensure curriculum reflects current tactics and technology, and foster collaboration between operational and intelligence communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Deliver classroom and field instruction on advanced SIGINT and EW procedures, including survey, collection, dissemination, and precision geolocation.
  • Lead scenario-based training replicating real-world SOF operations.
  • Train and certify operators on MODE 1, 3, and 5 systems and other SOF Programs of Record (POR).
  • Evaluate student performance and mentor junior instructors to maintain high operational standards.
  • Update and refine curriculum to reflect evolving tactics, technologies, and threat environments.
  • Coordinate with NSA, USSOCOM, and interagency partners to align training standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support ongoing improvements in SIGINT data analysis, digital forensics, and system employment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Must possess an active MODE 3 Remote Operator certification.
  • 2+ years of SIGINT/EW operational experience, preferably supporting SOF missions or deployed operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Forensics, Digital Media Exploitation, and geolocation systems.
  • Familiarity with NSA databases, classification guidance, and SOF Programs of Record (POR) such as USSOCOM JTWS systems.
  • Working knowledge of commercial communications infrastructure and maritime SIGINT operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver technical or intelligence training, including SIGINT analysis and EW instruction.
  • Strong communication and briefing skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Former SIGINT Geospatial Analyst with proven operational experience.
  • Current and active National Security Agency (NSA) system access.
  • Certified MODE 1, 3, or 5 Remote Instructor.
  • Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, or training modernization initiatives.
  • Instructor Evaluator or Master Training Specialist qualification (or equivalent service certification).
  • Experience with maritime SIGINT or multi-domain operations.
