Cyber Knowledge Manager, Mid

Key Role:

Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Applies specific functional knowledge, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance. May review or guide the activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in knowledge management within DoD 

  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative tool administration

  • Experience with data management, including metadata tagging, enterprise search optimization, and automated workflow development 

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and securing digital repositories, wikis, and document libraries in classified settings

  • Experience with DoD records management policies, data governance, and information assurance requirements

  • Ability to translate content into accessible guidance for audiences

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Air Force cyber units or enterprise knowledge initiatives

  • Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries

  • Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions

  • Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • SAFe Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
