In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy and medical group, with a focus on optimizing processes, automating workflows (including packing solutions), and managing a high-performing team. You will ensure seamless, luxury-level service delivery to our clientele while driving operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead the day-to-day operations of the concierge medical group and pharmacy, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of care.
- Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative pharmacy technologies (e.g., pharmacy management software, automated dispensing systems, inventory management, and electronic health record integrations) to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Automated Packing Solutions: Implement and manage state-of-the-art packing and dispensing systems to optimize order accuracy and fulfillment speed, especially for medication packaging and delivery.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a culture of exceptional, high-touch customer service, ensuring our clients receive a premium experience at every interaction.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, medical staff, and support personnel, ensuring high morale and continuous professional development.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows and procedures, driving operational improvements and efficiencies.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement and management of pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, optimal stock levels, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards, including HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and state-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of operations management experience within a healthcare or pharmacy environment, ideally within a high-end or concierge setting.
- Technology Expertise: Proven experience identifying, implementing, and managing pharmacy technology and operational systems, including familiarity with pharmacy automation tools, inventory management systems, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Automation Knowledge: Experience with automated medication packing systems, and a strong understanding of technology-driven operational enhancements.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver and maintain high standards of customer service in a luxury or high-expectation environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience developing and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and successfully implementing process improvements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare and pharmacy regulations.
